These Terms of Service govern the use of the Aura Global AI website and AGMOS managed marketing services.

Services

Aura Global AI provides marketing strategy, content planning, creative support, website support, campaign support, lead-generation planning and related managed services. The exact deliverables, timelines and fees for each client are confirmed in a separate proposal, quotation, invoice or written agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, required product details, lawful creative assets and timely approvals. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that claims, offers, product information and advertising materials they approve are accurate and legally compliant.

Approvals and publishing

Aura Global AI may prepare content and campaigns for review. Content will be published only according to the agreed workflow and applicable platform rules. Delays in client feedback or approvals may affect timelines.

Fees and payments

Service fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes are stated in the relevant proposal, invoice or payment page. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work may begin after the required payment or advance payment is received.

No guaranteed business result

Marketing results can be affected by market conditions, budgets, platform policies, customer behaviour and other factors. Aura Global AI does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, reach or revenue.

Third-party platforms

Services may use platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WordPress and payment providers. Their terms, policies, charges and technical availability are outside Aura Global AI’s control.

Intellectual property

After full payment for the applicable scope, clients may use the final approved deliverables for their business. Aura Global AI retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools and internal systems.

Termination

Either party may end a service engagement according to the written agreement or proposal. Fees for completed work, committed third-party costs and work already scheduled may remain payable.
